Abstract Background Sinonasal mucormycosis is a quickly progressing and lethal fungal disease which showed an increased incidence in COVID-19 patients the Indian population during second wave of pandemic. The objective this study was to various sinus areas affected imaging findings disease. Methods records with sinonasal pandemic were reviewed analysed for whom computed tomography (CT) and/or magnetic resonance (MRI) images had been performed. Results Of 65 patients, 6.1% single involvement, 93.9% multiple out latter, 91.8% bilateral sinuses by process. A total 49.2% involvement erosions walls. 35.4% only mucormycosis, 38.5% rhino-orbital 4.6% rhino-cerebral 16.9% rhino-orbitocerebral mucormycosis. pterygopalatine fossa 26.2% patients. 9.2% cavernous thrombosis. 12% cases infarction cerebral hemispheres. Conclusion In setting especially immuno-compromised those infected COVID-19, cross-sectional can assess presence extent helps plan its medical surgical management.
